Our school counselors play a pivotal role in fostering a safe and supportive learning environment. In addition to their comprehensive responsibilities in academic guidance, social and emotional support, and career counseling, our school counselors serve as dedicated anti-bullying specialists. They are thoroughly trained on the HIB (Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying) process, ensuring a proactive approach to addressing and preventing bullying. By actively promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity, our counselors contribute to our students' overall well-being and success.
The Roselle Schools Counseling department strives to continuously improve its role in the school and community as facilitators of change; leaders of school improvement; partners in educational excellence; coordinators of collaborative community efforts and managers of student competency attainment.
